Lisa has years of experience helping people find the home of their dreams. Specializing in Residential Real Estate, Lisa joined Texas Cornerstone Properties in 2006 and has quickly become one of the Area’s most successful REALTORS. Lisa has received the award of Top Producer from the Houston Association of Realtors for her accomplishments.
Lisa is currently obtaining the National Association of REALTORS highest designation, the GRI, and recently completed the association’s SFR certification. A strong work ethic, combined with her professionalism and integrity is what Lisa credits to her success.
After spending time in the Mortgage business, Nick moved into Residential Real Estate to join Lisa. Nick has also recently completed the National Association of REALTOR’S SFR certification. Specializing in new homes, foreclosures, residential and short sales, Nick brings sound advice backed with experience to his clients.
Nick and Lisa enjoy working together and feel the team approach gives their clients the level of service they deserve. When Nick and Lisa aren’t selling homes, they enjoy spending time with their three daughters; Haley, Emma and Olivia. Lisa grew up in the Houston Metro area and Nick was raised in eastern Pennsylvania. Both Nick and Lisa graduated from Johnson & Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island. The Boland’s have been residents of League City for nine years and attend Clear Creek Community Church.
